Tony Lee Aaron, 48, of New Haven, entered eternal rest on April 19, 2023. He was born in Clinton, AL on December 8, 1974, a son of Rosa Joyner and Wiley Smitherman.
Tony was employed as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant for many years and was a very talented writer.
In addition to his parents, he leaves to cherish loving memories, a daughter, Atarah Tonae Aaron; siblings, Stephanie Aaron, Rosetta Aaron, Zelema Harris T. Joyner, Leothea Joyner; Ronald Cable-Smitherman, Willey Cable-Smitherman; Wiley Smitherman, Jr., June Smitherman, Jay Smitherman, Joy Smitherman; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Tony is loved by so many people that he shall never be forgotten. For the peace he left with us in every memory shared shall bring a smile to our hearts forever more!
Funeral service will be held Friday, April 28, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight St., New Haven. Viewing will be held from 5:00-6:00 P.M. The burial will be private.
