Sarah E. Alexander, 93, of New Haven, beloved wife of the late Maud D. Alexander passed away on March 28, 2020 from a brief illness.
She was the mother of Maud C. Alexander, Ruby Brabham, Linda Brooks, Alfreda (Bruce) Warner, Karen Holloway and Gloria Alexander. She was the grandmother of 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She is survived by 3 sisters, countless nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Ericka Alexander.
Services and Burial are private. A public memorial will be held when conditions are sufficient.
To Karen, my friend, and the family. Continue to trust God…He is our refuge and our strength in “this” present time! He has proven to us over and over that He will never leave us comfortless. Words cannot express my heartfelt sympathy to you the family of this beloved lady. Your mom was so compassionate and loving towards my mom when they were at Whitney Manor. My mom felt as she had a sister there with her and I felt like I had another mom. She will truly be missed I thank you for not only taking phenomenal care of your mom but mine as well.
