
Mark E. Fletcher, 61, of Orange, CT, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2025. Born in New Haven, CT, on April 9, 1963, he was the beloved son of Edna A. Eady Patton and the late Lawrence E. Fletcher.
After graduating from Amity High school, he continued his education at Newberry College in Boston, Massachusetts, where he earned an Associate Degree. After living in Boston for a few years Mark returned to New Haven.
Mark was an employee of the U.S. Postal Service for many years and a member of Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church. He will be remembered for his warm heart, kind spirit, and unwavering commitment to family and friends.
In addition to his loving mother, Mark leaves behind his cherished brother, Michael Fletcher (Jennifer Green), godson, Christian Sands along with a host of relatives and friends who will forever hold his memory dear.
A memorial service celebrating Markβs life will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the House of Jacob Church, 142 Canton St., West Haven, CT.
