Beatrice Cables Washington, 93, of New Haven, entered eternal rest on July 27, 2021. She was the widow of Benjamin L. Washington.
Mrs. Washington was born in Milford, CT on May 27, 1928, a daughter of the late Prince Cables and Maude Cables.
She was employed for many years as a Salesperson at the former Davis and Waller Pharmacy and also for the former Unique Boutique.
Mrs. Washington leaves to cherish loving memories, a daughter, Terry Lee English; a special niece, Bobbi Dunn; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Kim Washington; a son, Glenn Washington; brothers, Warren and Gordon Cables; and sisters, Connie Hammond and Eunice Davis Johnson.
A Graveside service will be held Saturday, July 31, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. at Beaverdale Memorial Park, 90 Pine Rock Ave., New Haven.
