Bruce Alex Broaudes, 48, a former resident of Arden House, entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 22, 2020 at St. Raphael’s / Yale New Haven Hospital.
Born September 26, 1971 in Bridgeport, CT, he was the son of Herman Broaudes, Sr. and Evelyn Fields Broaudes. He was a life-long resident of New Haven, CT. He attended Celentano School (Special Education), and was a long-time participant (close to 30 years) of Marrakesh of Woodbridge and Midstate Arc Inc. Day Program. He was also a participant in the Special Olympics.
In addition to his parents, he leaves to cherish his memory, four sisters, Linda A. Payne of Connecticut, Lisa Broaudes-Gomes (Guardian) of Massachuetts, Shirlene Broaudes of Tennesee and Joanne Broaudes of Florida; one brother, Herman Broaudes, Jr. of Connecticut; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and many cousins.
A Memorial Service will be scheduled in the near future.
