My thoughts and prayers are with the Gamble family. Jeannie will truly be missed. She was a long time friend and co-worker of mine at APT Foundation. Jeannie was kind, loving and hard working. I appreciate the time my family and I got to spend with her when we lived at Brewery Square Apartments. We just walked across the bridge. We love you Jeannie
My condolences to Jeannie’s family. I had the pleasure of working with Jeannie at the health department up until her retirement. She was a very beautiful, kind, and loving person. We had some good laughs about our hair. She had a passion for helping people. She will be missed.
I would like to offer my condolences to the Gamble Family. I met and first worked with Jeannie at the New Haven Welfare Dept. I then worked again with her at the APT Foundation. It was good working with Jeannie because she was knowledgeable in her field along with being loving and dedicated to the the patients that we served. I will always remember Jeannie and her laughter. To Jeannie’s Family I am praying for you that the Lord Himself will comfort you and carry you through this time of grief and sorrow.
I worked with Jeannie for many years at the APT Foundation. We would do home deliveries together every Wed after we went to lunch. I looked forward to my time with Jeannie every week. She taught me about medical issues, how to treat end of life patients and about things in general. She was a huge influence on me and my life was changed for the better for knowing her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family for comfort during this difficult time.
Jeannie, you were the kindest, most compassionate R.N./person, that I ever worked with as a caseworker at the City of New Haven, Ct. Welfare Dept., ensuring that all our clients received the best medical care. In my 76 yrs. of life, you are truly one of the few , most decent human beings I have ever met. I know that you will be looking out for your family and friends in Heaven. You will be missed. This world lost a treasure. God Bless you and your family forever.
