My Deepest condolences to the family
Delores & Michele & family, I extend my deepest condolences on the passing of your husband and father. I met Bill many years ago when my elderly mother was a victim of a violent home invasion on Wellington Rd in Beaver Hills and he was one of the first officers on scene. He immediately rendered first aid until the medics arrived, and he also visited her in the hospital the entire week she was there, and when she was able to return home, he often visited my mother, making sure that she was safe and always offered to lend a helping hand to her. When my mom passed away, he was also first on the scene and he stayed with my family for an extended period of time to make sure we were all set. A true angel, who wore a badge rest in peace.
Our sincere condolences are extended to Delores and the entire Horner Family. May God give you comfort and peace during your bereavement.
