Nancy A. Roberson, 84, of New Haven, entered eternal rest on September 11, 2020. She was the beloved wife of Clarence Roberson.
Mrs. Roberson was born in Waterbury, CT on May 12, 1936, a daughter of the late Josephine Munn.
She was a longtime member of First Church of God in New Haven where she served as the Mother of the church.
In addition to her husband, she leaves to cherish loving memories, her children, Cheryl, Patricia and Eugene Roberson; a brother, Frank Munn; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Brenda Roberson; four sisters; and five brothers.
A celebration of Mrs. Roberson’s life and legacy will be held Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at Trinity Temple Church, 285 Dixwell Ave., New Haven. Viewing will be held at the church from 8:00-9:00 a.m. Anyone attending the service or viewing will be asked to adhere to any COVID-19 restrictions. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Aunt Nancy you will be missed very much . Thank you for your unconditional love and support.

Oh my Nancy, our family go way back, you always been a family and you will be deeply miss, I have so many memories of our family back in West Hills. You were my mom closes friend, she just told us you two use to talk every night at 10:15. Sleep well My God mother, and Cheryl you are a wonderful daughter may God continue to give you strength, continue to be that GLUE.
