Rev. Marvelene R. Beasley, 68, of Hamden, entered eternal rest on April 28, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Rev. Marvin Beasley.
Rev. Beasley was born in Arapahoe, NC on September 26, 1953, a daughter of the late Allen Howard Randall and Rosa Tripp Randall.
Prior to retiring, she was employed at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft as an Inspector. She served for many years as an Assistant Pastor at Bible Gospel Center in Hamden.
In addition to her husband, she leaves to cherish loving memories, her sons, Sean D. Beasley, Nico C. Beasley (Tasha) and Kyle D. Beasley; three sisters, Winnora Corey (Earl), Delbra Broadie (Larry) and Veronica Pina; seven grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by a brother, Allen H. Randall, Jr.
A celebration of Rev. Beasley’s life and legacy will be held Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 9:00 A.M. at Bible Gospel Center, 143 Leeder Hill Dr., Hamden. A viewing will be held at the church from 8:00-9:00 A.M. The burial will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park.

Her parent’s house was our first stop when we visited New Haven. I’m so sorry she had to leave us so soon. I say to the families “ Look to the hills which comet your help.
