Ellsworth Adams, 68, of East Falmouth, MA, entered into eternal rest on October 15, 2015.
Born in New Haven, CT, March 16, 1947, he was the son of the late Dennis Adams and Helen Geneva Pugh Adams.
Mr. Adams was U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by a sister, Brenda Adams; a Ellsworthbrother, Bernard Adams; and other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by a brother, Dennis Adams, Jr.
A celebration of Mr. Adam’s life will be held Friday, October 23, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Christian Tabernacle Baptist Church, 425 Newhall St., Hamden. Viewing will be held at the church from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
